Raybot Labs is the school-focused Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding and STEM education brand of Raybot Automation Pvt. Ltd. In this policy, “Raybot”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Raybot Labs and Raybot Automation Pvt. Ltd.
This policy applies to the Raybot Labs website and to school enquiries received through the contact form, email, telephone or WhatsApp. It does not govern a third-party website or service that has its own privacy policy.
1. Scope
The website is intended primarily for school owners, trustees, principals, directors, academic coordinators, teachers and other authorised school representatives. It provides information about Raybot’s education services and a way to request a consultation or proposal.
2. Information we handle
Information you provide
When you submit or send an enquiry, we may receive the contact person’s name, designation, school name, city, state, school board, grades, approximate student strength, telephone number, email address, service requirement, message and consent selection.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, request time, requested URL, referring page, response status and security-event data.
Information we do not request
Please do not submit student names, identity documents, health information, financial information, passwords or other sensitive personal data through the school enquiry form.
3. How we use information
We use relevant information only for legitimate education-service and website purposes, including to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a school consultation;
- understand the school’s board, grades, student strength and lab requirement;
- prepare or discuss an appropriate curriculum, training or lab proposal;
- provide requested support and maintain business correspondence;
- secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems;
- maintain necessary records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use school enquiries for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active school relationship, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes and protect the website. Inactive enquiry records are periodically reviewed and should be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required. Security logs may be retained for a shorter period unless an incident requires further investigation.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or withdraw consent for future contact. You may also ask a question or raise a concern about our handling of your information.
Send your request to accounts@raybotlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity and relationship with the school before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
8. Children’s information
This website and its enquiry form are directed to adults representing schools, not to children. Schools and adults should not submit a child’s personal information through the enquiry form. If you believe a child’s information was submitted unintentionally, contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. These include HTTPS transport, input validation, request-size controls, abuse-rate controls, restrictive browser security headers, access controls and dependency maintenance. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through general enquiry channels.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
